Habayta Or Balev

Or Balev is a young community of Russian-speaking families of Olim, mainly from recent years. The community holds diverse social activities throughout Karmiel.

The community members volunteer to welcome new families to Israel and tend to all their needs.

The community organizes activities for children of Olim of all ages, trips, classes, community Shabbat and holiday meals and activities.

The community runs projects to connect retirees with the younger generation and to provide the older generation with tools to use technology.
